PAT Testing, The Cost?
We have a three-tiered pricing structure based on the distance from Oban. There is an initial fee for PAT testing which covers up to 10 items. Thereafter, items are charge between £1.50 and £2.00 per item depending on the total number of tests in any single property.
Another factor to consider is whether the equipment is in an industrial, office or home setting, as it’s usually easier and quicker to carry out PAT testing in the latter.

Thorough visual inspection
Pass and Fail labels
Certificate of testing
Fuse replacement (as required 50p charge)
All required tests on our calibrated PAT testing equipment
Plug rewiring (free) or new standard plugs (£3 cost) with free retest
Price example is for a home or letting property per report within Tier 1 (up to 10 miles from Oban).
Please contact us for detail quotes for Tier 2 (up to 15 miles), Tier 3 up to 20 miles. For distances over 20 miles from Oban, there is a charge of 50p per additional mile (based on a return journey).
